A graduate in business and economics from “G. d’Annunzio” University of Chieti-Pescara, having achieved top marks with distinction.
He is a customs broker and has been registered in the Professional Register of Customs Brokers since 1989. He is the sole director of PERTICONE S.r.l., a company specialising in consultancy and providing customs and tax services in international business.
He is adjunct professor of Customs Product Classification at “G. d’Annunzio” University of Chieti-Pescara.
Since 2020 he has been President of the National Council of Customs Agents (CNSD) of which he was already Vice-President.
Chairman of the Small Industries Committee and Deputy Chairman of Law of Chieti-Pescara Confindustria. He is a member of the Confindustria Customs Committee and a member of the Incoterms 2020 Revision Group of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) – Italy.
He teaches customs and international trade on masters and university specialisation courses. A university lecturer and speaker for professional orders, professional associations, chambers of commerce, Confindustria and other bodies at courses and conventions on customs and international trade.
