Danilo de Anna is a consultant for Proactiva Strategy M&A.
He graduated in Administration, Corporate Finance and Control with a major in Corporate Finance from Bocconi University in Milan. After initially working in the Accounting Department of Bocconi University, where he collaborated on several research projects, he joined Proactiva in 2018. He is a Chartered Accountant member of the Chartered Accountants Order and Accounting Experts of Milan.
In particular, he deals with strategic and management consultancy for companies and M&A transactions.
