Fabio Adreani is Of Counsel at Proactiva.
He graduated in Business and Economics from Bocconi University in Milan and gained experience first as a controller and internal auditor at joint-stock companies, then as a partner at management consulting and audit firms.
He has many years of experience in corporate organisation projects and specialises in internal audit, business ethics and implementing models pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231. He also acts as a trainer in these areas, speaks on them at conferences, and has written some publications on the subject.
