Walter Pugliese is a founding partner of Proactiva.
He graduated with honours in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan and is a Chartered Accountant and Auditor. He gained experience in leading professional firms before founding Studio Pugliese.
He specialises in corporate consultancy and extraordinary transactions, always assessing their business aspects and taking care of the corporate setup and tax impacts.
In particular, he deals with the contractual and corporate aspects of M&A transactions and the setup and implementation of management control systems. He has been a technical consultant in support of bankruptcy administrators and has assisted numerous companies in restructuring operations as an adviser.
