A company operating in various business lines scored weak performances in the industrial activity of production of feed for the pig sector

ACTIVITY

We have identified the main strategic problem in the poor integration with the other business lines and we have identified the solution to the problem in an industrial partnership with an other operator in the sector. For this scope a business plan and an infomemo were prepared with the aim to support the negotiations
